Pancreas
To find the pancreas, you will need to move the stomach, large intestines, and spleen out of the way and dig down between them. The pancreas is glandular in appearance.
- Head - within the curve of the duodenum,
- Body - the main portion of the pancreas
- Tail - located left, near the spleen
- Pancreatic duct - joins the pancreas to the common bile duct of the liver
