Blunt Probe - Most used tool in the skinning and muscle isolating processes. Breaks connective tissue to separate skin from the flesh and isolate muscles.
Scissors - Used primarily for skinning the pig. They are used to make the initial cut into the pig for skinning, and are used to make an incision down the middle of the body, across one arm and one leg, and across one side of the face.
Tray - Used to contain the pig during the process.
Goggles - Eye protection.
Gloves - Not required, but can be used if desired.
Scalpel - Used to cut into the pig, in order to dissect the organ systems
