Mesenteries
The mesenteries are the double layer of peritoneum that line the inside of the abdominopelvic cavity.
After cutting into the abdominopelvic cavity, they are very easy to see lining the inside walls.

- Greater omentum - large fold that hangs down from the stomach
- Lesser omentum - extends from the liver to the lesser curvature of the stomach
- Lesser omentum - extends from the liver to the lesser curvature of the stomach
